First, Overview
High-viscosity fluids in power plants , petrochemical systems , coal chemical industry , with dust mixed fluid and solid granular , highly corrosive fluid medium and so on required the ball valve should be metal seal , so the choice of a suitable metal hard sealing ball valve “ball and seat”  hardening process is very important.

Second, the usual hardening process are the following :

( 1 ) sphere surfacing deposit weld alloy , hardness usually up to 30HRC or more, spheres  surfacing process is complex, low productivity, and a large area of ​​surface welding easy to make parts deformation , as a reslut, currently use of the sphere surface hardening process become less .

API 600 Cast steel gate valve export to Russia

These lot valves are API 600 design and manufactured with special face to face standard. The face to face is 12mm longer than general 150lb API wedge gate valves ANSI B16.10( 6″ =267mm 8″=292mm) 6″ pieces are LCB body and 304 stem with 304 seat ring and stellite sealing face in disc. 4″ pieces are CF8M body and disc with hard seal sealing face.

Though we communicate with the client many times, the end user insist the face to face dimension was correct and suitable for local environment. It is special requirement for local, the dimension might be GOST standard and these valve will be used for instead former russia design valve. ASME B16.5 flanged connection for all valves.

Other 2 pieces valve are A216 wcb body material 300lb 20″ with double Stellite sealing face. The valve are inspected by third party as per API598. Include out surface, body test, seal test,and main dimension, out look, valve mark. Destination(Malaysia)

API609 Triple offset metal seated butterfly valve export to Middle east

V: Feb 28th, 2014  56 pieces 8″  and  12 pieces 10″ 150lb  API609 Lug type eccentric butterfly valve was ready for export to Middle east. These valves are mainly LCB body material and CF8M disc , 316 stem material, seat in SS316+GRAPHITE , multi layers seal ring. It was second lot for the client. The order was design and manufacture as per API standard, API 609; flange :API B16.5; face to face: API609; Inspection and test: API598; with perfect zeakage performance.

These valve are mainly for cooling system and will be installed forth week of April this year.

These butterfly valve has basic painting and drying for final painting.

Stainless steel 3 pieces ball valve and forged globe valve check valve urgent deliver by Express

Last week, SGV successfuly complete urgent production for 25pcs stainless steel PN160 SW metal seated ball valve and 3 pieces PN160 316L SW globe valve and 27 pieces A105 forged carbon steel lifting check valve. Especially 316L metal to metal ball valve require long deliver time.

The requirement for this PO is for North Europe Client and require shipment in 30days, it is too short, we have to deliver these item by Express, though the weight of PO reach 560kg, have huge freight cost.

We compete production in 22days and rest 5 days for packing, custom declaration and arrange Express transportation.TNT  was finally selected.

Packing of this PO, ball valve in bottom two layer with protection cover and isolation layer to protect valve damage. Globe valve and check valve and ball valve lever was equiped in up layer of wooden case.

3 Pieces Forged Ball Valve

A lot of 3 pieces forged steel Ball Valve pass the test and ready for deliver In Dec 11th, 2013.

Part1: DN100 PN160 ball valve with Trunion ball and Full bore, 316 body with 316 Ball tungsten carbide and metal seat pass the test of body pressure 243bar water pressure and 180bar water high pressure test. The air test was under 24bar(higher than the requirement, to adjust the quality level of ball valves)

Inspection standard:EN12266-1

Part 2: 3″ 1500lb API6D 316L body forged ball valve complete the assembly and ready for pressure test.

Part3 other butt weld forged valves, include forged gate valve and forged check valve

Stainless steel CF8 Three way ball valve for North Europe Country

 

Sep 25th, we delivered an lot of T type three way ball valve with after order 35days(Contract Time: 50 days). These valves will be delivered by express DHL to avoid delay of China national holiday.

T type PN40 Three way ball valve with PTFE seat  two ports M20*1.5 and one port NPT. Ball valve was required with stainless steel name plate to be able adjust flow by handle which has on off mark and packaged by cartoon case. All the valves and packing without chinese character and logo.

Lug type Eccentric API609 Butterfly valve with PTFE seated-German Valve

Last month, we successfully Execute an Germany PO-SG03113 though we delayed the delivery time due to imcompatible mold and Temporary PO change by end user. The first lot was delivered by air in client account. The second lot of order was delivery by express in SGV account.  Serious quality control was required. We believe we can do better next time.

Order requirement: It was serviced for cooling project in German
