Design feature 

1. Compare with traditional flow control valves, this plunger valve its structural design and material selection, which makes it not afraid of sewage blocking the slide, scaling, and less prone to jamming. The driving device is significantly reduced.
2. This valve can automatically adjust the pre-set pipeline medium parameter values to maintain a constant accuracy within a certain range, and the accuracy range can also be adjusted.
3. This valve has good resistance to cavitation, and the rib plate on the inner wall of the valve body also serves as a rectification plate, which can disperse water flow and prevent cavitation. At the same time, it also reduces the noise of the valve and the vibration of the piston.
4. The control system of this valve can adopt integrated electronic circuits, with small size, good reliability, high sensitivity, and convenient installation and debugging.
5. Fully closed with zero leakage and can be used as a shut-off valve. No need to install other shut-off valves.
6. If the control level and accuracy requirements are not very high, the control of the valve can be manual or ordinary electric form.
7. Two installation methods, horizontal and vertical, can be installed on either side of the pipeline.
8. Hand hole or Manholes are designed, easy for cleaning and maintenances.
9. Maximum flow rate: The average flow rate at the outlet of the piston valve installed in the middle section of the pipe should not exceed 9m/s; The average flow rate at the inlet end of a piston valve installed at the end should not exceed 15m/s.
10. The internal components are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, which extends the service life of the valve.
11.  The opening and flow of the valve are linear, allowing for precise adjustment.
12.  Adopting a metal to metal sealing structure, the high-performance elastic silicone connected metal valve seat provides bubble level sealing effect, effectively preventing valve seat scratches and extending valve seat service life.
13. For working conditions with large pressure differences, multiple spray holes and strip hole structures have been designed. The circumference of the sleeve is distributed with strip holes or spiral small holes, allowing the water column to collide and dissipate energy, effectively preventing severe vibration caused by energy dissipation under high pressure differences.
