Working Principle

There are three types of hydraulic butterfly valves: pressure maintaining, locking, and energy storage. Its pressure maintaining and locking hydraulic butterfly valve is opened by hydraulic drive and closed by the potential energy of a heavy hammer. After installation, this valve can replace gate valves (butterfly valves) and check valves, and has a small flow resistance coefficient. The valve is closed in two stages: fast and slow, with the front section fast closed and the rear section slow closed. The fast and slow closing time and angle can be adjusted according to user needs. The pressure maintaining hydraulic system is designed to maintain pressure when opening and reset automatic. The locking type has dual protection: automatic pressure retaining and locking pin locking. The accumulator hydraulic butterfly valve is opened by the water pump, and closed by the accumulator. Due to the use of an accumulator to close the valve, the heavy hammer is eliminated, resulting in a small room, convenient installation, and compact structure. Electrical control can be achieved by using ordinary control and PLC control according to requirement.
