Hydraulic Actuator/Hydraulic power station is composed of a motor oil pump unit, an integrated block or valve combination, an oil tank, and an electrical control box. The functions of each component are as follows:

Motor oil pump set - it is the power source of the hydraulic station, converting the mechanical energy into the power energy of the hydraulic oil.

Manifold is a combination of hydraulic valve and oil circuit block. It regulates the direction, pressure and flow rate of the hydraulic oil.

Manifolds – stacked manifolds, cartridge valves, etc.

Oil tank - is a semi-closed container welded with steel plates, which is also equipped with an oil filter, air filter, etc., which is used for oil storage, oil cooling and filtration.

Electrical Control Box—A terminal board with a full set of control appliances or only external leads.

How it works

The motor drives the oil pump to rotate, and the oil pump outputs pressure oil after sucking oil, converts the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil, and the hydraulic oil is controlled by the hydraulic valve through the manifold to realize the direction, pressure, and flow adjustment, and then transmits it to the hydraulic actuator through the external pipe circuit, so as to control the change of the direction of the hydraulic actuator, the size of the force and the speed of the speed, so as to realize the various prescribed opening and closing functions required by the valve.
