V type Semi Ball Valve

V-type Semi BALL VALVE is designed with a V-shaped flow cross ball, it has better fluid regulation performance compare with traditional O type ball valve, its flow characteristics are equal in percentage, with an adjustable ratio of 100:1.  Its V-shaped notch has a shear effect and particularly suitable for media containing fibers, small solid particles, slurry, and other materials.

Design feature 

1.Integrated valve body: avoids leakage caused by the flange connection of the body.
2. Movable sealing valve seat: The V-shaped valve sealing seat adopts a pre tightening spring, which ensures that the sealing seat is always tightly closed with the valve core, with good sealing performance. It can automatically compensate for the wear of the sealing pair in long-term use, and has a long service life. PTFE seats (soft seats) and movable metal seats can also be provided for different media and temperatures.
3,Special Valve core and automatic sliding bearing: The V-shaped notch of the valve core has a special shape, making the valve have approximately equal percentage flow characteristics. This design uses valves with precise control performance and significant shear force and self-cleaning function.
4.The valve core is fixed with double bearings on the upper and lower valve stems, which has good stability. The bearing material is composite material, and the bearing surface of the rotating bearing is sintered, which has strong wear resistance and self-lubricating function. Therefore, it avoids the phenomenon of valve jamming during long-term use.
5.Small flow control: DN25 Ball valve can provide various small CV values according to the user's flow requirements, which can control various small flow. When the pipeline diameter is DN20 or DN15, non-standard flanges needed.
 
This valve also a single seat sealed right angle rotary control valve, mainly used as a regulating valve, and can also be used as an on/off valve. Its V-shaped notch has a shear effect between the metal valve seat, making it particularly suitable for media containing fibers, small solid particles, slurry, and other materials.
