The wide application of stainless steel knife gate valve results from its own characteristics. I. Reasons for Rust of Stainless Steel Valves
To test whether stainless steel valves will rust, we can put the same valves in different environments to verify and compare. Generally speaking, if stainless steel valves are placed in relatively dry environments, after long time, the valves are not only as good as new, but also not rusty. But if the valves are placed in seawater containing a lot of salt, they will rust in a few days. Therefore, the corrosion resistance and stainless of stainless steel valves also need to be limited by the use environment. In addition, from the characteristics of stainless steel valve itself, it is stainless because there is a layer of chromium-rich oxide film on its surface to prevent particles such as oxygen atoms from invading and damaging objects, which makes it stainless. But when the film is destroyed by environmental factors, as oxygen atoms enter and iron ions free, stainless steel valve will produce rust.

Several Reasons and Preventive Measures for Flame and Explosion of Oxygen Valve, Pipeline Valve
With the increase of oxygen consumption, oxygen pipelines are used for transport large oxygen. Owing to the long pipeline and wide distribution, combined with the quick opening or quick closing of valves, accidents of combustion and explosion of oxygen pipelines and valves occur from time to time. Therefore, it is essential to comprehensively analyze the hidden dangers and dangers of oxygen pipelines and cold valves and take corresponding measures.
Last week, SGV successfuly complete urgent production for 25pcs stainless steel PN160 SW metal seated ball valve and 3 pieces PN160 316L SW globe valve and 27 pieces A105 forged carbon steel lifting check valve. Especially 316L metal to metal ball valve require long deliver time.
The requirement for this PO is for North Europe Client and require shipment in 30days, it is too short, we have to deliver these item by Express, though the weight of PO reach 560kg, have huge freight cost.
We compete production in 22days and rest 5 days for packing, custom declaration and arrange Express transportation.TNT was finally selected.
Packing of this PO, ball valve in bottom two layer with protection cover and isolation layer to protect valve damage. Globe valve and check valve and ball valve lever was equiped in up layer of wooden case.
Sep 25th, we delivered an lot of T type three way ball valve with after order 35days(Contract Time: 50 days). These valves will be delivered by express DHL to avoid delay of China national holiday.
T type PN40 Three way ball valve with PTFE seat two ports M20*1.5 and one port NPT. Ball valve was required with stainless steel name plate to be able adjust flow by handle which has on off mark and packaged by cartoon case. All the valves and packing without chinese character and logo.

A stainless steel valve is a valve, mainly made of stainless steel, which regulates the flow of a fluid, corrosive or noncorrosive (fluidized solids, slurries, gases, liquids,) by opening, closing, or partially obstructing various passageways. It is a pipeline fluid distribution system control unit, is used to change the channel cross-section and media flow direction for fluid guidance, regulating, cut-off, throttling, stopping and depressurization through diversion or excess flow.
There are many kinds of fluid control valves with various specifications, such as cut-off valves with simplest structure and valves with highly complex automatic control system, minute gauge valves and valves with 10m nominal diameter for industrial pipes.
