Part1: DN100 PN160 ball valve with Trunion ball and Full bore, 316 body with 316 Ball tungsten carbide and metal seat pass the test of body pressure 243bar water pressure and 180bar water high pressure test. The air test was under 24bar(higher than the requirement, to adjust the quality level of ball valves)
Inspection standard:EN12266-1
Part 2: 3″ 1500lb API6D 316L body forged ball valve complete the assembly and ready for pressure test.
