Last week, SGV successfuly complete urgent production for 25pcs stainless steel PN160 SW metal seated ball valve and 3 pieces PN160 316L SW globe valve and 27 pieces A105 forged carbon steel lifting check valve. Especially 316L metal to metal ball valve require long deliver time.
The requirement for this PO is for North Europe Client and require shipment in 30days, it is too short, we have to deliver these item by Express, though the weight of PO reach 560kg, have huge freight cost.
We compete production in 22days and rest 5 days for packing, custom declaration and arrange Express transportation.TNT was finally selected.
Packing of this PO, ball valve in bottom two layer with protection cover and isolation layer to protect valve damage. Globe valve and check valve and ball valve lever was equiped in up layer of wooden case.
